• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days after deduction of applicable service charges.
• No refund will be issued for “no-shows” or last-minute cancellations.

• Passengers must carry valid ID proof during travel.
• Shreenath Tour & Travel is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We reserve the right to change routes, timing, or vehicle type in case of operational requirements.
